Description:
TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR
This is a fast-paced role, working within an active and collaborative People & Culture team in one of our dynamic clients based in Western Sydney, Australia. As Talent Acquisition support, you will assist our Recruitment Team to ensure the effective delivery of all hiring. You will be seen as an integral part of the recruitment team, partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and P&C Advisors to support the delivery of the end-to-end recruitment processes.
This is a 12-month contract role with potential of extension that requires being onsite for at least 3 days per week in either Liverpool or Luddenham.

Responsibilities:
- Handle job requisition processes
- Publish and manage job postings
- Candidate communications
- Schedule interviews and gather feedback from interviewers
- Coordinate reference checks, and pre-employment screenings
- Prepare offer approval requests and employment contracts
- Assist with new hire onboarding and induction
- Provide general administrative support, including reporting and tracking
