Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You’ll support both our Operational and Corporate Services teams with all their recruitment needs and handle employee administration throughout the employee lifecycle. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for Recruitment and HR-related questions and issues, managing them efficiently by triaging, responding, or escalating as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Create job advertisements and manage applications and inquiries.
  • Review and shortlist applications, with guidance from the TA Lead as needed.
  • Work with Hiring Managers to understand position requirements and screen applications accordingly.
  • Coordinate with applicants to arrange interview and selection processes.
  • Handle all safety screening and pre-employment checks.
  • Prepare employment contracts, reviewing applicant skills and qualifications for classification and grading purposes.
  • Facilitate onboarding, including preparing new employee packs, organising online training, and setting up payroll.
  • Maintain employee records and information.
  • Assist with strategic and operational talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
