Nationex is looking for a person with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously for the position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

THE CHALLENGE:
The person occupying this role will be in charge of the recruitment and administrative follow-ups of the Talent and Employee Experience department. Specifically:
- Act as an ambassador for our culture, our Gestionex management standard and our Force N values (Flexibility, Customer-Oriented, Reinvented, Collaboration and Commitment);
- Management of the entire recruitment cycle mainly for operations positions (handling and delivery), from the talent attraction strategy to the integration of new employees;
- Perform all administrative activities related to the employee lifecycle;
- Act as a liaison between the payroll and human resources departments;
- To follow up on HR requests and ensure the satisfaction of our customers;
- Produce and maintain various reports, statistics and monitoring tables;
- Contribute to the support of the Talent team by carrying out all other administrative mandates required, according to priorities and needs;
- Participate in the Talent and Employee Experience team’s projects and initiatives.
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
- AEC or DEC in human resources management, or experience in mass recruitment;
- Experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment, an asset;
- Excellent command of the French language and the English language;
- Proficiency in Office suite tools.
