Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Work hand in hand with the dedicated on-site Talent Acquisition Manager and internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience.
- Provide support in the management of the end-to-end recruitment cycle, which includes:
- Creating new jobs on the applicant tracking system and posting to the agreed upon channels;
- Interview scheduling and confirmation;
- Keeping the applicant system (ATS) up to date;
- Pre-screening and liaison with the Talent Pipeline.
- Produce reports and verify their accuracy at regular intervals.
- Collaborate closely with Avencia’s Insights team to provide accurate data for client information packs.
- Become a confident user of all relevant systems and technology.

- Meticulous and a structured approach to managing multiple recruitment vacancies and ensuring that the ATS is the source of truth.
