Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Work hand in hand with the dedicated on-site Talent Acquisition Manager and internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience.
  • Provide support in the management of the end-to-end recruitment cycle, which includes:
  • Creating new jobs on the applicant tracking system and posting to the agreed upon channels;
  • Interview scheduling and confirmation;
  • Keeping the applicant system (ATS) up to date;
  • Pre-screening and liaison with the Talent Pipeline.
  • Produce reports and verify their accuracy at regular intervals.
  • Collaborate closely with Avencia’s Insights team to provide accurate data for client information packs.
  • Become a confident user of all relevant systems and technology.

  • Meticulous and a structured approach to managing multiple recruitment vacancies and ensuring that the ATS is the source of truth.
