JOB SUMMARY

Rock Petroleum is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our organization’s recruitment functions. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of recruitment processes and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience in human resources or an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Show discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Be adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Recruitment Email: Overseeing the recruitment email account, ensuring timely and professional responses to candidates and recruiters.
  • Managing Recruitment Database: Maintaining and updating the recruitment database to ensure accurate and current information.
  • Setting Meetings: Scheduling interviews and meetings with candidates and recruiters, coordinating availability and logistics.
  • Screening Resumes: Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
  • Coordinating Interview Panels: Organizing and facilitating interview panels, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are involved, and managing scheduling conflicts.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies.
