As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide a variety of administrative, project and program support for Synopsys’ Global Staffing Organization. You will be joining a fast-paced environment and play an integral part in helping manage end-to-end recruiting activities to support Synopsys’ hiring needs.
As a main point of contact with managers and candidates, you play a key role in helping shape a great recruitment experience for all. This is a great opportunity if you want to get exposure to a high-tech company and start your HR professional career.
Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling of candidate interviews in partnership with hiring managers and talent team.
- Schedule phone, video and in-person interviews for recruiters, hiring teams and candidates.
- Communicate and confirm interview schedule and logistics with a candidate.
- Process vendor invoices and candidate reimbursement.
- Manage the generation of a candidate offer letter.
- Track and maintain interview and offer activities within the Applicant Tracking System
- Take part in special projects aimed at improving existing programs/processes as needed.
Who are we looking for?
- An energetic, self-starter who possesses a BA/BS and 2-5 years of responsible administrative and project management experience, preferably in a Staffing or HR organization.
- A motivated self-starter with a positive demeanor
- Someone with solid written and oral communication skills with great attention to detail
- A multi-tasker who can maintain high levels of customer service and confidential information in a fast-changing environment.
