JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
You Are: A meticulous, proactive professional adept at multitasking. As part of the dynamic Global Talent Acquisition Shared Services Team, your excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and customer-centric approach will streamline recruitment processes and enhance stakeholder experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews, ensuring alignment with recruiters’ and interview teams’ calendars and time zones, providing a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Preparing and generating offer letters/employment contracts for selected candidates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Managing the reimbursement process for candidate travel expenses, ensuring timely processing and compliance with expense policies
- Handling invoicing processes related to recruitment vendor supply and other university related costs, ensuring accurate and timely payments, maintaining strong relationships with our recruitment partners.
- Facilitating the procurement process for recruitment-related services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers, including document preparation, data entry, and system updates, enabling them to focus on strategic recruitment activities.
- Ensuring standardization with processes and procedures within talent acquisition shared services, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement
- Delivering excellent service and support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality experience for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, enhancing Synopsys’ employer brand.
- Acting as strategic partners to global recruiters, collaborating closely to understand their needs and provide effective support and solutions
