We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Talent Acquisition Specialist in managing recruitment processes, maintaining a positive candidate experience, and assisting with administrative tasks across the full hiring journey—from offer to hire. You will be working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, helping to meet the needs of our rapidly growing Retail pharmacy business.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Holds a strong interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- At least 6 months experience in a busy administrative role. (Recruitment or HR is an advantage)
- Comfortable working in a retail division, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, teams, and hiring managers.
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn HR systems such as Workday.
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Eager to learn and develop your skills within HR and Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interviews and screenings to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Manage internal and external job boards, posting job openings and ensuring listings are up to date.
- Assist with candidate reference checks and ensure HR records are maintained accurately.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist, particularly with Workday and other HR systems.
- Handle the administration of offers, ensuring a seamless transition from offer to hire.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by responding to queries and providing timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of internal communications, including job postings and recruitment reports.
- Provide general support with recruitment-related queries and processes across the team.
- Help organise recruitment projects to meet hiring needs and deadlines within the Retail Division.
