Description:

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience in any capacity with Ceridian Dayforce from an administration or reporting perspective
  • A range of experience in the coordination of administrative activities preferably within a HR / TA function in fast paced organisations
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word - ideally the ability to create & run basic reports in Excel and write processes in Word
  • Attention to detail and exceptional prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Ability to perform well autonomously - while many of the tasks in this role have ‘due dates’, you will need to prioritise and set your own agenda
  • Ability to develop effective people relationships across GreenstoneEnthusiastic and self-motivated continuously seeking ways to add value to the team

Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition administrator plays a key role in supporting the teams day-day activities

  • Provide effective administrative support & coordinate the activities of the Talent Acquisition team by establishing and maintaining information systems which effectively support the activities of the team.
  • Support the Head of TA in reporting and audit tasks
  • Ensure all back-end administrative tasks are up to date and accurate
  • Support the roll out of the new HRIS (Dayforce) across Greenstone and become a subject matter expert on the recruitment and onboarding modules
