Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company’s strategic goals. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver a world-class candidate experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Strong sourcing and recruitment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS and other HR software.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Create job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Promote the company’s employer brand through social media and recruitment events.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
