This is a brand-new role—a chance to own our recruitment strategy, shape our employer brand, and attract top talent to support our ambitious growth plans.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a recruitment role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles, from job ads to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver seamless hiring experiences.
- Enhance our employer brand with creative talent campaigns.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate journey every step of the way.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires
- Provide administrative support to the People function, driving continuous improvement.
- Take a proactive approach by identifying and addressing opportunities to prepare the business for growth.
