Are you ready to shape the future of a growing experiential events agency? We’re looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and help build a high-performing team that drives our success.
This is a brand-new role—a chance to own our recruitment strategy, shape our employer brand, and attract top talent to support our ambitious growth plans.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a recruitment role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles, from job ads to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver seamless hiring experiences.
  • Enhance our employer brand with creative talent campaigns.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate journey every step of the way.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires
  • Provide administrative support to the People function, driving continuous improvement.
  • Take a proactive approach by identifying and addressing opportunities to prepare the business for growth.
