The Talent Acquisition HR Partner will serve as a strategic, consultative talent partner, overseeing full-life cycle recruiting at Clarest Health and partnering with HR and department leaders to meet hiring needs. This role requires a sense of urgency in filling positions with top-tier talent through creative sourcing strategies, engaging passive candidates, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. A strong commitment to providing an exceptional experience for both internal and external candidates is essential for success in this position.
Location: Remote (with the ability to join core business meetings between 11 am – 4 pm est)
Salary: Starting at $70k (contingent upon experience)
Schedule: Monday thru Friday
Travel Requirement: up to 25% travel (on site partner meetings, job fairs, etc…)
Transportation: A valid driver’s license is required for this position

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, providing guidance and recommendations to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes
- Lead high-volume recruiting efforts and manage evergreen requisitions, collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing staffing needs across various departments
- Manage and drive the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, gathering feedback, and extending offers for candidates at all levels, from entry to senior positions
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support multiple hiring needs and align with the company’s strategic workforce plan
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, creating detailed and accurate job descriptions tailored to the role, industry standards, and organizational goals
- Identify and implement effective recruiting methods and strategies that align with the role requirements, industry best practices, and company needs
- Maintain and update internal recruiting metric dashboards and documentation, ensuring accurate tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to support continuous improvement in hiring processes
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events, actively engaging with potential candidates
- Collaborate with Total Rewards and TA Leadership to provide market insights and salary recommendations to support informed hiring decisions
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies for enhanced efficiency
- Must adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field preferred but not required
- Minimum of 1 year of full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment required
- Experience with high volume recruiting in healthcare, retail, or manufacturing preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required; Jobvite is preferred but not required
- Experience in utilizing hiring-related social media channels and job boards required (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is preferred
- A valid driver’s license is required for this position, as travel will be a part of the job responsibilities
