JOB DESCRIPTION
This is an excellent development opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with previous call center / customer service experience wanting to start a career in Human Resources (HR).
As HR Specialty Services Professional in Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for supporting the initial stages of candidate evaluation and telephone screening for a contact center within the EMEA region. Your duties will include collaborating with recruiters to conduct phone interviews to assess if candidates meet the minimum qualifications for the roles they applied for and coordinating subsequent recruitment steps as needed. You will maintain stable and resilient operational environment by focusing on risk management and control measures.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone interviews to build diverse slates and fill open requirements
- Ensure proper candidate assessment and dispositioning through the hiring system
- Deliver an excellent experience for the candidates
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers and admin assistants
- Demonstrate understanding of the line of business and staffing needs to proactively offer solutions, consult on hiring process and candidate pool
- Develop deep understanding of local markets and competitors.
- Provide detailed updates and reports on the talent pool to Recruitment Partners and HR Partners
- Engage in working groups to deliver staffing initiatives and report.
