As a TA Intern you’ll be responsible for supporting Latin America recruitment (we work across Latin America, Brazil and Mexico).

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be an enrolled student in a local University.
• Working towards a Bachelor’s degree.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a SUPER plus - will support recruiting in Brazil).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Assist with all internal and external TA related inquiries or requests, includes supporting end to end recruiting process.
• Educating candidates, students, and other outside entities about our organization.
• Support recruiting strategies for Intern/Campus Recruitment across Latin America.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest TA trends and best practices in Campus Hiring.
