Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team by assisting with all talent and recruitment administration related to the recruitment process in a timely and accurate manner.

THIS EXCITING INTERNSHIP ROLE WILL SEE YOU ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

  • Administration activities associated with end-to-end recruitment - publishing job adverts, scheduling candidate interviews, coordinating site visits and initiating pre-employment checks
  • Making ‘the candidate experience’ your top priority
  • Providing timely advice and support to the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Providing regular updates to our stakeholders, the TA and HR teams, on recruitment administration activity
  • Managing Talent Acquisition Data Management and ensuring information and systems are captured in a timely and accurate basis at all times
  • Other administrative duties when required and as requested by the Talent Acquisition leadership team
