VF Corporation is looking for a pro-active Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for 12 months (speaking English + French or Italian). Working hybrid with the office based in London.

Let’s Talk about the Role
As an intern you will join our internal Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team for a period of 12 months on a Full-time basis. You will support recruitment activities for the Retail environment in UK, Ireland, and Nordics across our amazing brands like The North Face, Vans, Timberland and Napapijri, while collaborating on Talent Acquisition initiatives.
How You Will Make a Difference
You will work closely with the recruitment team, being responsible for:
Posting and updating open positions, with a focus on Sales Associates in Retail
Leading group assessment centres for Sales Associates recruitment
Utilising Applications Tracking System (ATS) software (Workday)
Scheduling phone, video, and onsite interviews
Nurturing relationships with candidates, Store Managers and District Managers
Assisting with collection of key documents and information from different stakeholders
Support ad hoc projects for Talent Acquisition (eg. employer branding, CRM)
Skills for Success
You are a student or recent graduate with a strong interest in recruitment or talent acquisition. If you have prior experience, ideally in HR or Recruiting, that’s great but not necessary.
Interaction with people is critical for this role so you must be capable of communicating in a fast paced and international environment. We will handle together very urgent and critical processes, so it is important that you are a fast learner, with a strong eye for details and ability to multi-task.
You will be able to learn a lot about recruitment and talent acquisition, developing an expertise in different European market.
Speaking fluent English and French or Italian.
This internship will prepare you to become a recruiter or to start a career in a different HR area in an international company.
You will be working with a fresh, friendly and (often!) fun team, with a diverse, experienced professionals, always willing to share knowledge and tips
