SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Significant talent attraction and recruitment experience
  • Strong and proven stakeholder management skills at all levels
  • Proven experience in navigating multiple HR systems and management of talent pools
  • Previous success in implementing recruitment campaigns

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager to continually enhance and improve the attraction strategy for KEO Care
  • Partner with management, gain an understanding of the business and organisation, including strategic workforce plans, to ensure recruitment advice and support provided meets business goals.
  • Apply effective talent acquisition practices into areas of the business, such as harnessing branding, candidate attraction methods and screening methodologies.
  • Develop Talent communities to reduce external advertising requirements and fast efficient recruitment processes.
  • Review internal sourcing strategies for difficult to fill roles, and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager in succession planning activities.
  • Regular communication with talent in the pipeline as well as building relationships with key stakeholders in the business.
  • Communicating job details, and value proposition to interested allied health professionals
  • Set clear priorities and focus on the completion of tasks, in a timely manner
  • Post job advertisements on job boards Seek, Indeed, Linked In, University Career Hubs
  • Prepare weekly activity reports on statistics from our job boards, and Linked In
  • Coordinate interviews & referenced checks with key stakeholders
  • Responsible for onboarding administration through Employment Hero (Software)
