We are in an exciting growth phase, so we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People Culture and Talent team. The role will contribute to the evolution of Therapy Focus and play a vital role in shaping our workforce for the future. Looking after our allied health services and corporate portfolio, this role will seek exceptional people to join our business and ensure our diverse range of services has the talent required to deliver services to children and adults with disabilities and people within the aged care sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with Therapy Focus’s growth objectives and talent needs.
- Collaborate with Senior Management to understand current and future hiring needs and devise strategies to address them effectively.
- Utilise innovative and effective recruitment methods to attract passive candidates, build a robust talent pipeline and maintain active engagement.
- Coordinate and lead a social media campaign with the Branding department that optimises results and strengthens our employer brand.
- Enhance Therapy Focus’s employer brand by promoting our company culture, values, and unique selling points to attract top talent.
- Develop strong relationships with industry professionals, academic institutions, and other relevant networks to enhance our employer brand and talent pool.
- Implement talent management initiatives to identify and develop high-potential employees within the organisation.
- Collaborate with senior managers to create career development plans and succession strategies for key positions.
- Understand current labour markets, recruiting channels, talent pools, and the competitive landscape to enable sound and accurate advice to our leadership team
- Collaborate with the People, Talent, and Culture Manager and other relevant business roles to deliver a united recruitment solution.
- Ensure strong commercial outcomes, contributing to budgeting and forecasting related to Talent Acquisition.
