Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for all Talent Acquisition activity within the Business Line, understanding the Business Line’s requirements to deliver plans to hire key talent into critical roles
- Define, develop & implement TA plan and projects, in line with wider GWS Local and global CBRE strategy, to drive talent engagement to attract and recruit the best talent into CBRE
- Strategic advisor, working collaboratively with People and Business Leadership teams to align hiring strategy to source talent against business needs and priorities
- Provide regular TA activity reports & insights to stakeholders including internal / external intelligence
- Coach & lead TA team members including recruitment, development & performance management
- Manage strategic, high profile, confidential and business critical roles
- Ensure recruitment requirements are fulfilled building an effective diverse & sustainable talent community of potential candidates including engaging third parties where required
- Ensure corporate / legal requirements are met including championing the Talent Principles
- Foster a proactive approach to Talent Acquisition, developing in-depth knowledge of talent, competitors and external markets
- Promote CBRE employer brand initiatives to attract diverse talent, actively participating across the TA team ensuring best practice is shared and implemented
- Input and develop Workforce Plans against current and future hiring demands across areas of responsibility
