Description:

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team and support our Giga Project. As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to join our team and contribute to the success of the Giga Project. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking initiative that will transform the future of Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring demands of the Giga Project. This is a project office / site-based role about 15 minutes from Al-Muzahmiya. You will collaborate with the project team stakeholders to understand their specific talent requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies. As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will also be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management. Additionally, you will work closely with the HR team to develop and enhance the employer branding and candidate experience for the Giga Project.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on large-scale projects (essential)
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top-tier talent for complex projects
  • Demonstrated experience leading and implementing talent acquisition best practices and sourcing strategies - including international campaigns within the engineering sector
  • Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interviewing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in the Giga Project or similar large-scale projects is preferred
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and sourcing plans for the Giga Project
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements
  • Source, screen, and select qualified candidates using both traditional and innovative sourcing methods
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting interviews, assessments, and reference checks
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Lead hiring sprints over 12-week cycles to enable high volume recruitment delivery
