Description:
We’re looking for a strategic and innovative Talent Acquisition Lead to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, lead our global recruitment efforts, and ensure we hire the best talent to drive our business forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design, implement, and continuously improve our global recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with business objectives and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
2. Lead Global Recruitment Efforts: Oversee the recruitment process for all open positions, ensuring timely and high-quality hires. Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners to achieve recruitment goals.
3. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, leveraging various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks.
4. Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand, ensuring it accurately reflects our company culture, values, and mission. Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
5. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
6. Budget Management: Manage the recruitment budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and optimal ROI.
7. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners, to ensure seamless recruitment processes and high-quality hires.
8. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve our recruitment processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
1. 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR. Technology, the Internet or related industries are preferred.
2. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, leading recruitment teams, and achieving high-quality hires.
3. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights for process improvement.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
