Job Description
The Talent Acquisition & Management (TA&M) Solutions team is the strategic engine for driving elite execution across the Talent Acquisition and Management functions. We partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) including Product, Operations, and Insights, delivering tailored solutions for the organization’s most pressing challenges.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to support high-impact, global initiatives that align with organizational priorities in Talent Acquisition and Management (TA&M) and Global People. You will assist with strategic initiatives, helping with research, collaboration, and coordination, all while gaining exposure to leadership and cross-functional work. The goal is to help ensure that key initiatives are progressing smoothly, with final outcomes prepared for successful transition to permanent teams.
Responsibilities:
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Currently be pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Commit to the full-time 12 weeks (3 months) internship
- Must be available to start on 16th June 2025
- Have a strong interest in global HR initiatives, particularly Talent Acquisition and Management, and the impact of cross-functional work.
- Be proactive, organized, and willing to learn quickly while contributing to key initiatives.
- Possess strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with team members and stakeholders.
- Be capable of managing multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
