KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- High volume recruitment for all corporate and store hires across the owned and operated stores in Australia and New Zealand (90+ stores).
- Own local resourcing plan and track attrition metrics.
- Drive local EVP and EB in cluster markets, contribute and work across the cluster to promote Pandora in the best way.
- End-to-end direct and indirect sourcing of talent through various channels, optimising tools and frameworks
- Manage all aspects of talent acquisition for permanent and temporary staff; assessing team requirements, creating role profiles and adverts, screening and interviewing candidates, all the way through to smooth onboarding
- Drive metrics linked to cost/time/quality and candidate experience.
- Business partner with all hiring managers to accurately assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy accordingly. Work closely with the hiring managers at each stage in the process, including coach and training them in hiring best practice
- Ensure the talent acquisition strategy is aligned and fully supports the business and HR strategy, including effective prioritisation of vacancies against commercial needs and meeting fast turn-around deadlines
- Act as recruitment process lead in implementation of systems.
- Work globally; partner with the global Pandora T&A team, based in Copenhagen. Participate in the global projects to support the delivery of the overall TA strategies.
- Lead and implement the seasonal recruitment plan for 350+ hires in Q4
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record preferably across both in-house and executive/agency
- Must have a retail or FMCG experience
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand business goals and partner with senior leadership to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with the organisation’s objectives.
- Market Savvy: Deep understanding of the recruitment marketplace, including the ability to forecast labour trends and implement efficient recruitment channels, balancing cost-efficiency with quality.
- Legally Informed: Knowledgeable about employment law and its application to the recruitment process.
- Results-Oriented: Able to identify and implement solutions to complex business problems, consistently driving results that contribute to Pandora’s success (financial and non-financial).
- Effective Communicator: Strong stakeholder management skills, able to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders and influence key decision-makers.
- Experience managing high recruiting volumes 350+ for seasonal recruitment working with multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience using ATS systems – Success Factors is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will drive the global talent strategy in the Pacific Cluster (Australia and New Zealand), leading the talent plan for corporate and owned and operated stores in the market. You will collaborate as a talent partner with HR, Talent and the Global TA Team to drive various strategic initiatives and projects.
