Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

As Talent Acquisition Manager at Global, you will lead recruitment efforts to fill critical roles across the Commercial and Outdoor functions, driving innovation and diversity in our talent pool.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Talent Sourcing (40%): Actively seek out and engage top talent, focusing on diverse candidates and industry relevance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration (30%): Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience (30%): Deliver an outstanding recruitment journey for all candidates, serving as an ambassador for Global and promoting internal mobility.
