SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Solid experience of hiring from diverse candidate pools and ensuring fair and unbiased selection practices
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS’s, and other networks and resources to actively source candidates
  • Experience of working with senior hiring managers, listening to requirements and conducting candidate screening
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Humble yet confident; high degree of emotional intelligence, with the ability to get the best out of others; will be collaborative - a true team player
  • Will be energised and entrepreneurial, and will not be afraid do what’s necessary to get the job done
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills which will bring their narrative and POV to life

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager for a 6-month maternity cover contract.
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in attracting and securing top talent across various practices within T&Pm.. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing the offer and onboarding processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive forward innovative ways to deliver on our diversity & inclusion commitments by sourcing a strong mix of talent from a variety of backgrounds, ensuring the selection practices used by hiring panels are inclusive and robust
  • Oversee recruitment by coordinating with internal hiring managers for roles based in London/UK and other international markets
  • Assist in search, assessment and selection activities of senior hires
  • Work with the People team to smoothly onboard all new joiners
