The core DNA of Assembly resides in performance marketing and has ample deep technical expertise in providing digital solutions for leading brands. Candidate experience & Stakeholder Management

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and skills testing, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders such as senior leadership and finance.
  • Partner with hiring team to understand requirements and provide insight on best practice, market conditions and trends

Skills & Experience

  • 3-4 years talent acquisition experience (preferably within a recruitment agency) working with a high volume of roles.
  • Experience in digital/tech/activation recruitment is essential.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience using workable or a similar ATS.
  • Ability to think creatively and solve challenges that arise in the recruitment process

Responsibilities:

Talent acquisition

  • Proactively engage high-quality candidates through direct sourcing, headhunting, social media, professional network and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Full life cycle of recruitment: manage candidates seamlessly through interview stages; set expectations, provide timely feedback and negotiate/close offers.
