Location: Milton Keynes - Hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office
Contract: 3-6 months - Up to £450pd / FTC also considered
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our talent acquisition function, including managing the end-to-end recruitment process, leading a high-performing team, overseeing recruitment systems, and managing relationships with external vendors and outsourcing partners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the organisation attracts and retains top talent.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Seasoned Talent Acquisition specialist with strong leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing recruitment systems and technology (ATS, CRM, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and outsourcing agreements.
