SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies throughout the organization. They will manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, tools, systems, and train interview teams. This position will also collaborate with the marketing team on employer branding efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Experience in talent acquisition program development and execution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in the use of talent acquisition systems, social media platforms and professional networks
- A team player with a positive mindset

Responsibilities:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to find top talent and assess candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs, prioritize positions, and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Optimize and improve the end-to-end talent acquisition process to hire talent that fits with the needs of today and of the future.
- Develop standardized processes & tools and implement best practices on interviewing and talent selection.
- Train interview teams on process, tools and talent selection
- Recruit and conduct hiring process for higher level positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions/profiles.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent.
- Manage recruitment technology, systems, tools, and vendor relationships.
- Utilize data and metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage, coach, and develop recruiter(s)
- Conduct regular audits of hiring processes and practices.
