THE JOB IN A NUTSHELL
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts from Riyadh. You will be responsible for developing and executing hiring strategies to attract top talent across our teams in the MENA region and beyond. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals in alignment with Foodics’ growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the TA team, ensuring they deliver an exceptional candidate experience and achieve recruitment targets.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Implement best practices in interviewing and assessment, ensuring unbiased and efficient selection processes.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire, to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR and People Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and positive employee experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and innovative recruitment tools to continuously improve our TA practices.
- Promote Foodics’ employer brand through creative campaigns and initiatives that attract diverse talent.
