As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in driving the company’s talent acquisition strategy, ensuring that dentolo attracts and hires top talent to support our mission of providing tailored insurance solutions for individual customer needs.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and other HR tools
- Fluent English and French are required; German a big plus.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse candidate pool
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to hiring
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
