As a Talent Acquisition Manager, based in our Budapest office you will join our regional Talent Acquisition and HR team. You will represent Givaudan Brand in the market and promote our Employer Value Proposition. You will manage senior and executive-level recruitments regionally in our Fragrances and Flavours businesses and ensure a solid candidate pipeline. You will provide an excellent recruitment experience to candidates and hiring managers and a high-quality selection process. You will report to the EAME Recruitment Solutions Manager.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and the selection of suitable candidates. You will ensure efficient recruitment processes and work to improve the candidate experience alongside our managers. You will be a first point of contact for the business for the assigned recruitment while you will work with the sourcing team and coordinators to have a successful hiring process.
- Business advisory: You will provide excellent recruiting and advisory to hiring managers and HR to attract high-quality candidates.You will understand talent supply and demand dynamics in key markets, by reviewing hiring needs, and developing a sourcing plan.
- Projects and improvements: You will have the opportunity to lead regional/global projects related to Recruiting. With a continuous improvement mindset you will always seek opportunities to make the process more efficient and user friendly. You will be a trainer for the business and local HR teams related to various TA topics. You will be involved in the onboarding and mentoring of junior TA and HR colleagues.
