The pay range for this role is:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Talent Pipelines: Utilize sourcing platforms, networking, and innovative strategies to build a strong and diverse talent pool.
  • Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with hiring managers to understand the role requirements, craft candidate profiles, and deliver quality hires that meet business needs.
  • Lead and Manage the Talent Team: Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, managing their performance, providing feedback, and developing strategies to improve talent acquisition efforts across the organization.
  • Own the Recruiting Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial screening to final hire, ensuring a seamless experience for all candidates.
  • Optimize ATS Management: Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure integrity in candidate information and job postings.
  • Track and Report Metrics: Monitor key recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process and make continuous improvements.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Promote Hearth’s culture to potential candidates, ensuring they understand the values and mission that drive our success.
  • Support People Ops Projects: Collaborate with the People Ops team on various HR initiatives and projects as needed.
