REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting in a tech scale-up environment
- Comfortable with full-scale recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, pipeline management, supporting decision making and closing for a variety of business functions (tech, product, customer success, sales, marketing, general administration)
- Preference of working with modern talent acquisition principles where hiring quality, candidate and hiring manager experience are your guiding stars, while maintaining a fast pace
- Outbound-specific recruitment experience: prospecting, outreach and being the first point of contact selling the role
- Full working proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
We are looking to welcome a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager to our People team in Helsinki. The team consists of our Head of People Nanna, our Talent Acquisition Lead Sara, our People Operations Manager Sonja and our People Operations Manager Sarah. Our goal is to provide all the necessary People-related support to enable our teams to grow during 2025 and beyond, and you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring the most sought after talent on the market to support these goals.
This position is full-time and based out of our HQ in Helsinki, Finland. The salary range is 4000-4500 €/month (negotiable depending on previous experience).
