Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at LSEG in Poland, you will lead our Talent Acquisition team locally who are delivering recruitment services for our multiple business functions.
The TA Manager will own and drive operational delivery and governance in the team and own the Recruitment Processes locally to ensure that we are meeting SLAs and providing an optimum service to our business stakeholders. The TA Manager will face off to our Country Director, HR communities and local hiring leads to ensure that we are delivering at our optimum and aligning to the growth headcount plans for the site; whilst aligning to a wider EMEA and Global Talent acquisition function to meet our hiring targets as a group.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end to end recruitment for a portfolio of positions locally
  • Lead on providing Intelligence reporting and feedback to the business
  • Accountable for the hiring leader’s satisfaction with regards to recruitment service delivery within the country
  • Responsible for the quality control of the team’s operational output and the continual focus on hiring the best diverse talent
  • People development and succession planning – monthly development 121s and operational 121s on a weekly/bi-weekly basis
  • Objective setting, performance management and the timely completion of reviews in line with LSEG processes for all team members
  • Ensuring we have the appropriate skill levels within the team to deliver against requirements
  • Drives best in class utilisation of tools and methodologies in recruitment
  • Adjusting allocation of requisitions based on the considerations of business risk, commerciality, and urgency

Skills/Experience required:

Essential:

  • Significant recruitment experience, ideally with a good understanding of technology hiring and the foundations within Technology within an organisation.
  • Understanding and knowledge of the recruitment process and legalities around recruitment in Poland specifically
  • Experience of managing and leading a delivery team of Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Resilient and able to deliver operationally in a demanding and evolving organisation
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Confident and able to offer both opinions and expertise
  • Intercultural awareness

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working at a FinTech, financial services, data or technology organization
  • Experience with Workday would be advantageous

Scope & Impact

  • Reporting into Regional TA Lead for EMEA
  • Provides advice and support to business groups
  • Is likely to sit on a local management team within aligned BU
