Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high calibre talent in Revenue, Tech and Operations roles
- Creation of meaningful requirement profiles and job advertisements
- Active sourcing via various channels and platforms
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Support and advise hiring managers in the selection process
- Identification and establishment of suitable recruiting channels
- Building and delivering excellent candidate experience, also for building and external talent network
- Drive innovative EVP projects and creative Employer Branding projects
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure recruitment objectives are met
