Job Description
You manage our vacancies, have conversations with the hiring managers to get to the core of the vacancy, with this information you can write a good vacancy text. You will communicate with our marketer to promote the vacancy on various channels. LinkedIn has no secrets for you, you have access to our extensive recruiter’s sheet and know how to find the right candidates for our vacancy. You communicate clearly and are able to manage the entire recruitment process, both with the applicant and internally with our managers. You are a networker and visible in our organization. You are sparring partner of our managers and the HR manager and you see a challenge in improving and implementing (new) recruitment processes.
Recruit with a high degree of autonomy : depending on the profile you are looking for, you will be responsible for briefing, drafting the vacancy, sourcing, sorting and monitoring applications, conducting interviews and drafting employment contracts - Ensure that your staff are properly integrated (hand to hand with HR and Manager for a good on boarding).
Take part in the Talent highlights of the year in your area and in improving our processes (whether in recruitment, communicating with our Talents or managing our KPIs)
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects managed by the team: Employer Brand, actions in schools and universities and managing relations with these establishments, leading diversity issues…
