QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3-4 years in a recruitment setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and employment laws.
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in recruiting for specific industries such as IT, healthcare, finance, etc.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.Certification in talent acquisition or human resources.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization’s hiring goals and objectives.
- Candidate Sourcing: Oversee sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screening and Interviewing: Ensure effective screening processes, conduct high-level interviews, and provide detailed feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and job specifications. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and regulations.
