We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our global recruitment efforts, with a focus on international hiring. This individual will manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple countries and regions, with particular attention to compliance and best practices for international markets. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that attract top talent globally and will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that recruiting efforts align with Ookla’s goals and culture. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in international talent acquisition, team leadership, and Employer of Record (EOR) management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a leadership role managing recruitment teams.
  • Proven experience with international recruiting and managing Employer of Record (EOR) processes.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations across multiple countries, especially in Europe and regions where Ookla operates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership ability, with a strong focus on team development and performance management.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing global recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
