Description:
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role primarily involves leading talent acquisition functions and managing a team within a government organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage talent acquisition operations.
- Develop effective talent sourcing strategies.
- Lead a team of professionals focused on talent acquisition.
- Foster talent development within the team.
- Ensure smooth communication within the team and with potential candidates.
- Establish and maintain a robust talent pipeline for the organization.
- Address and resolve any issues or inquiries related to talent acquisition.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record in Talent Acquisition strategies and practices
- Experience in developing and maintaining a Talent Pipeline
- Capable of identifying and sourcing top talent
- Demonstrated ability in Talent Development strategies
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
