SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • You have managed large recruitment and/or sourcing teams within matrixed environments governed by KPIs and SLAs
  • Demonstrated ability to build a position as a trusted advisor, can work in a collaborative manner and influence stakeholders
  • Experience working in Financial Services.
  • You are skilled in the management and development of both under and over-performers
  • You analyse function and development plans objectively and contribute to overall team capability improvement
  • You use performance data and feedback along with your knowledge of leadership to support your team in the development of training, team cohesion and, process improvement to improve overall capability
  • Resilient under pressure - experience working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs and working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience of working in a segmented recruitment model and delivering outcomes in a matrixed environment
  • Experience working within a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider within a recruitment or sourcing capacity
  • Experience of working for a recruitment agency and/or internal recruitment function as a manager
  • Headhunting experience for niche talent
  • Executive search experience
  • Knowledge of labour law across various jurisdictions
  • Experienced in the management and development of both under and over-performers

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Manager, Sourcing will be responsible for the sourcing delivery and operational leadership of Team Leaders for one large regional complex solution or multiple regional sourcing teams. They will support the Senior Manager/Head of Sourcing in driving the achievement of the function’s commercial and people strategy; managing their teams to fulfil all contractually agreed service and quality thresholds.
You’ll work with your Team Leaders to ensure that your team have the tools, training, and support that they need to attract, find, and engage great talents. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that your team partner with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers - providing feedback, insight, and advice, delivering an experience that is authentic, engaging, and professional.
Working as a trusted partner with Client Services Leadership team, they will act as the primary point of escalation for any day-to-day operational issues. They will be responsible for reporting performance and progress of all client accounts in accordance with the agreed governance arrangements.
