Description:
Hello, we are AMBOSS and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team! In this role, you will report to our Talent Acquisition Team Lead and work closely with the People Operations and People Business Partner teams.
YOU WILL:
- Be responsible for managing exceptional end-to-end recruitment processes with the candidate experience at its heart, and continuously optimize this flow to ensure that we always attract the right talent. (We have an all rounder recruiter approach, so you could be looking for the next-gen AMBOSSians for medical, tech and product, commercial, and general and administrative teams.)
- Take our sourcing game to it’s next level. We are a niche company with niche hiring needs, so you would need to get creative reaching talent.
- Lead exceptional communication flows and build strong working relationships with our stakeholders and become their sparring partner in all aspects related to recruiting. You will challenge decisions and advise, as well as you learn from them and develop.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the team’s and our company’s overall success.
