WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
At SentinelOne, Talent Acquisition Operations is critical to the growth and scalability of our global recruiting organization. We’re looking for an operations analyst to play an essential role in providing operational excellence to our global recruiting team.
In this role, you will report to our Senior Workforce Data Analyst. You’ll partner and develop relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders across our People, Finance, Legal, IT, and procurement teams.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE SHOULD YOU BRING?
- You have 1+ years of experience in a Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, Recruiting Analyst, or Program Manager role
- You have advanced-level skills in reporting and analytics using business intelligence tools, and/or Google sheets or Excel using formulas, vlookups, etc.
- You’re an ATS (Greenhouse) superuser: optimizing and customizing functionalities to facilitate efficient recruiting processes
- You have an aptitude for understanding of the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and hiring processes and how to best optimize for efficiency and quality
- You have strong project management and organization skills
- You’re analytical and have strong problem-solving skills with confidence working with data
- You’re a capable and confident communicator with the ability to partner and influence across all levels of an organization
- You’re no stranger to a fast-changing environment, with a “do what it takes” mentality
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Talent Operations across North America, EMEA and APJ to support day to day administrative tasks, including: recruitment process support, systems onboarding, auditing, etc.
- Systems Administration: configure ATS (Applicant Tracking System), customize, optimize, troubleshoot, and audit candidate and job records
- Reporting: partner with Senior Workforce Data Analyst to support regional reporting requests and data integrity
- Work on special projects to enhance and streamline recruiting processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
