Coloplast is a global leader in intimate healthcare, committed to making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our UK & Ireland team. This role will be pivotal in attracting, sourcing and recruiting top talent while partnering closely with key stakeholders to drive best-in-class hiring processes.
Why Coloplast?
At Coloplast, we believe in putting people first—both through the innovative healthcare products we create and the way we support our employees. We are passionate about improving the lives of people with intimate healthcare needs, and this mission drives everything we do. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll have the unique opportunity to recruit individuals who contribute to making a real, tangible difference in people’s lives. Recruiting for a company with such a meaningful purpose is incredibly rewarding, as each hire you make directly supports our mission to improve the quality of life for our users.
At Coloplast, we offer a collaborative and inclusive environment where continuous improvement and innovation are at the core of our success. If you’re looking for a role where your work truly matters, this is the place to be.
The Role..
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the UK&I, ensuring the best talent is sourced and hired. You will provide expert guidance to hiring managers on best practices, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates. A key focus of the role will be on direct sourcing strategies, creating innovative attraction campaigns and enhancing our employer brand.
You will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent through direct sourcing and strategic networking, particularly using platforms like LinkedIn to showcase Coloplast as an employer of choice. As part of this, you’ll be responsible for screening and interviewing candidates to ensure alignment with both job qualifications/experience and cultural fit. You’ll also stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities, allowing you to craft innovative recruitment strategies that meet the evolving needs of the business.
Partnering closely with HR Business Partners, you’ll work to predict and fulfil future resourcing needs. You will also be part of the global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding community, contributing to initiatives that shape our recruitment strategies and enhance our employer brand on a larger scale. Additionally, you will take ownership of the candidate experience, ensuring a seamless journey from initial application through to onboarding, while using recruitment metrics to continuously improve efficiency and outcomes.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about direct sourcing and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You should be able to build strong, trusting relationships with hiring managers and colleagues and have excellent communication skills to connect across all levels of the organisation. A creative thinker with a positive attitude, you will challenge existing processes and develop innovative solutions to drive success. High standards and the ability to consistently meet commitments are essential, as is the motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive recruitment experience, particularly within an in-house setting. A deep understanding of the employment market and recruitment trends is key, along with experience in employer branding to build strong candidate pipelines. You should be confident in recruiting for a wide range of roles, including both specialist and field-based positions.
Pursuing an ambitious growth agenda, Coloplast develops and markets products and services that make life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. Employing about 16.000 people and with products available in more than 143 countries, we are one of the world´s leading medical device companies. We are constantly growing our business and always looking for new ways to move forward – we explore, learn and look for new ways of doing things.
Coloplast is committed to being an inclusive organization, where people bring their differences to work each day, fulfil their potential and have a strong sense of belonging because – and not despite – of their differences. We therefore encourage all qualified candidates to apply regardless of gender, age, race, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious belief or physical ability.
