Responsibilities:
- Understand Business Needs: To work closely with hiring managers to understand the company’s current and future staffing needs. By knowing the business’s long-term goals, they help shape talent strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
- Develop Sourcing Strategies: TA Partners create and implement sourcing strategies to attract the best talent. This can involve everything from networking to building relationships with candidates, leveraging social media, and using advanced search tools as well as promoting internal referral programme.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: To ensure that candidates have a positive experience throughout the interview and hiring process, maintaining clear and consistent communication, setting realistic expectations, and offering feedback.
- Advise on Market Trends and Salary: TA Partners provide insights on market trends, salary expectations, and skills demand to help hiring managers stay competitive. They often advise on how to make job offers more attractive and better aligned with the market.
- Collaborate on Employer Branding: They often work on initiatives to strengthen the company’s brand as an employer, making it more attractive to potential hires.
