Responsibilities:

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally. The GEC brings key capabilities and capacity to support our clients seamlessly around the world. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Willingness to share, transfer knowledge.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand the hiring needs, role requirements, agreed timeframes, external talent market and help create sourcing initiatives to support the filling the vacancies;
  • Post internal and external job openings;
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates by leveraging all recruiting channels to provide a pipeline of candidates;
  • Conducting market mapping and sourcing activities through various platforms (i.e LinkedIn, ATS, Job board Database, Talent Community etc.);
  • Manage candidates by screening applications, conducting phone interviews, offer feedback and keeping candidates engaged throughout process;
  • Manage vacancy and candidate records on ATS ensuring all data is accurate and up to date. Champion the use of the system.
  • Maintain hiring statistics specifying the various sourcing techniques, provide status report giving detailed information on the employment activity, create and update recruiting reports;
  • Provide support and partnership with stakeholders;
  • Assist TA Lead with process design, process improvement, policy creation/update, automation and recruitment strategies;
  • Participating in job fairs.
