Description:

Join Aristocrat and support our mission of Bringing Joy to Life through the Power of Play. We are seeking a Fixed Term Employee for a 12-month maternity leave coverage. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in executing our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring that Aristocrat attracts and places top talent across the company. You will work closely with hiring managers, leaders, and stakeholders across the People & Culture team, advising on open roles and planning for future hiring to meet our company growth targets.
This role requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization. You’ll collaborate with a geographically diverse team of recruiters and key stakeholders to deliver on our talent objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the point person for Aristocrat in all recruitment activities.
  • Build trust and relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle to help meet the business’s talent demands.
  • Own and accelerate the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle of sourcing, attraction, engagement, screening, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Lead the development of recruitment plans and comprehensive sourcing strategies for emerging skills and tough-to-fill positions. Proactively share talent intelligence and market insights to inform and educate our hiring teams and demonstrate our ability as talent advisors.
  • Build a quality pipeline of candidates, review resumes/CVs, screen candidates, sell candidates on the opportunity, and coordinate throughout the interview and offer process. Drive the achievement of your individual hiring goals while balancing speed, quality, and diversity.
  • Organize and document detailed strategy sessions, debriefs, and feedback sessions with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, serving as a brand ambassador for our company
