Talent Acquisition Partner BENELUX
Responsibilities:
In your dynamic role as a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process with passion and precision.
- Conduct intake calls with Hiring Managers to deeply understand their expectations and needs.
- Craft engaging job ads and actively design and implement creative sourcing strategies that leverage social media and modern recruitment tools.
- Screen candidates for open roles and present the brightest talent to Hiring Managers.
- Nurture your talent pools, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Offer guidance and support to Hiring Managers as they navigate the hiring process.
- Manage the offer phase in close cooperation with local HRBPs.
- Report on your recruitment activities while contributing to the continuous enhancement of our processes.
- Kick off the onboarding experience for your selected candidates with the support of our HR Admin team.
- Collaborate on local and digital employer branding initiatives, participating in job fairs and campus events alongside your HR co-workers.
