Description:

TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner in our Talent Acquisition team.
The Talent Acquisition team sits within the wider People team at Funding Circle and our TA team are part of all new Circlers journeys. They support applicants through the hiring process whilst partnering with the wider business on recruitment and people related initiatives.
Please note, the minimum expectation for office attendance is two to three days per week in our central London office.

Responsibilities:

This role sits within the Talent Acquisition team and will be responsible for supporting hiring across defined business areas within Business and Commercial functions

  • Utilise various sourcing methods (including job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates. Proactively reach out to passive candidates and build a pipeline of talent
  • Review CVs, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates’ qualifications against job requirements
  • Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth interview process for all parties involved
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, answer their questions, and keep them informed about the status of their application
  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop competitive offers for selected candidates
  • Present offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the offer acceptance process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice
  • Support on wider Talent Acquisition projects and seeking out improvement opportunities within the role
  • Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
