Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of our overall Global Talent Acquisition team responsible for driving the attraction, sourcing, and assessment of top talent for Citco Group of Companies for Europe.
  • Own and drive the talent acquisition process for internal and external talent for various Business groups within Citco
  • Provide fair and equitable recruitment and selection practices to align to Citco’s values.
  • You will provide your market knowledge, assist managers by screening for fit and providing recommendations.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and external vendors - Skilled in managing expectations with both candidates and hiring managers
  • You will assess candidate’s skills and experience using our Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite)
  • Contribute to the delivery of the new global talent acquisition strategy, and participate in exciting global talent acquisition related projects.
  • You will identify cost effective sourcing solutions to attract top talent, conduct targeted search strategies for the various roles to source and identify passive candidates
  • Working with our TA coordinator you will plan interview and selection procedures to verbal offer with each candidate.
  • Ensure recruitment activity is updated on a regular basis in applicant tracking system, reporting on hiring metrics, trends, successes and challenges, working with our TA reporting specialist to produce same for business, stakeholder meetings and 1:1’s
