We’re on the lookout for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team! In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end recruitment with a focus on building an excellent candidate experience and guiding hiring managers to make the best hires. You’ll champion EdgeTier’s employer brand, manage our ATS (Ashby), and creatively source from diverse talent pools. This is a fantastic opportunity for a people-centric recruiter looking to make a meaningful impact on hiring at a dynamic, growth-focused company.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days on-site in our Dublin HQ.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and attracting talent across diverse channels, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate journey from start to finish.
- Partnering with hiring managers to support and advise on recruitment strategies, so they’re well-prepared to make the right hiring decisions.
- Owning EdgeTier’s employer brand on job boards, social media, and niche networks, making sure our roles reach the right audience.
- Managing our ATS, Ashby, so everything is tracked, and the recruitment process is seamless and data-driven.
- Using feedback and recruitment metrics to keep fine-tuning the hiring experience for candidates and the team alike.
